Even if the supposed 100-year-olds in Blue Zones were actually 20 years younger due to inaccurate birth records — that’s still 80 years. If there are entire regions with a high concentration of 80-year-olds, I would still want to know what they have in common.
For context: in 2021, life expectancy in Nigeria was 64 years.
